I am Kathleen. I’m a banker by day and a baker by night (or whenever I find time!). I’m married and have a preschool-age son. My husband and I absolutely love to travel but do not get to as often as we would like.
I had a hard time deciding on a name for this site. I landed with Popsicles and Prosecco because my son loves popsicles and I adore prosecco. I guess my husband’s favorites did not make the cut – seemed too long of a site name to also include bourbon or chorizo 🙂
FYI – I am by no means a skilled photographer and rely on my smartphone for pics.
Also, I subscribe to a “less is more” blogging style. I don’t give tons of background and personal info in my posts. I get to the point – the recipe!
