Yum! This is a great pork marinade. I will definitely use this again! The original recipe is from Williams Sonoma and included rosemary. I omitted the rosemary since some in my family despise it.
Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Recipe from: https://www.williams-sonoma.com/recipe/marinated-pork-tenderloins.html
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 4 1/2 tsp. firmly packed golden brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 5 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 pork tenderloins, about 2 1/2 lb. total, trimmed
- Salt, to taste
Directions:
Add all ingredients to food processor (I used a Vitamix) and blend until smooth. Marinate pork tenderloins for at least 2 hours or overnight. Cook pork tenderloin as desired. (You can grill as the Williams Sonoma recipe indicates. However, I pan-seared mine and then cooked in the oven until it reached about 155F. I let the tenderloins rest for about 20 minutes then sliced.)
